Here is my long-anticipated "Starry Eyed" outfit. I'll be honest, I mostly wanted to do the inverted challenge for this song alone. Can you blame me!?! Ellie Goulding has a great fashion sense and her music is so inspiring as well! It's this electronica-romantic style that makes the future not so robotic-sounding or stiff. So that's what I did in regards to this outfit, sparkly silvers and vintage pieces for a romantic hipster marriage.  Please note I am also sporting my "starry" earrings, a personal favorite that I am suprised that I get much use out of. Ha, don't you dare think I forgot about the music playlist challenge! I simply didn't have time or creativity to think about an outfit this last week. When I see neon things I can't help but think of "chemicals" and science things in it (blame television, right?). If I was a deranged scientist that was also a fashion blogger, this is definitely what I would wear. One wonderful thing about Daylight Savings is that it is bright enough outside for me to take a picture after my evening class! Here's a just-quickly-threw-it-on-in-the-dark-this-morning outfit. Results were nice.

I took a hint from the inspiration I gained from Miss Pillsbury and wore toned shades of red and preppy pieces with cute details. Here's what I produced:

This one is "It's Not Unusual" covered by Glee Cast , I was inspired by the dapper, classy fashion of Blaine's character so I kept it basic with some gender neutral classic loafers and ray-bans and decided to go with the peppiness of the song with yellow and rolled up skinny jeans. I kept trying to add things: ties, vests, blazers, and they just were not working! So I decided today that less was more. Here is "Electric Twist" by A Fine Frenzy . I was inspired by the music video with the yellow she wore and the black heels she wore. I went with something girly and flirty because that's kind of the style Alison Sudol pulled. A couple things: I usually wear these black leather boots every single day, it's too cold to wear heels and walk 20 minutes to campus, but I can dream.  I really like this yellow shirt, yellow is an amazing color I really love the coral nails I painted I really need to spend a little more time with my camera set-up so my pictures will be in focus.... And I really need to find a better place where I don't have to explain to everybody in my complex that I'm practicing my camera skills, haaa. And I really need to find a place with privacy, sheesh.
